Laelia tenebrosa

Laelia tenebrosa

from $35.00

Syn. Cattleya tenebrosa

Grown from seed so flower characteristics will vary somewhat from plant to plant.

Plants Available: Growing in 3” pots. Examples of the size available are pictured.

Orchid Care: Indigenous to Brazil, though virtually extinct in nature. Plants require bright light, high humidity, and strong air circulation. Grow in open, fast-draining media (e.g. coarse bark, perlite, LECA) and a container or mount that will likewise allow roots to dry out quickly (e.g. wooden basket, cork slab, or driftwood). Roots that remain wet for prolonged periods are susceptible to rot. Fertilize weakly, weekly.
