Thank you for your interest in our business! Below, you will find answers to some questions we receive often.

Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are! Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

No appointments necessary. 

We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Do you sell growing supplies?

Yes. We carry a limited supply of growing materials, including potting mix, sphagnum, Orchiata, fertilizer, and bloom booster. We also have a selection of baskets, clay pots, and decorative orchid pots available. 

Our orchid society/garden club is planning an excursion. Can we visit Palmer Orchids?

Certainly! We’d love to have your group visit our nursery. You can send us a message at info@palmerorchids.com to get the ball rolling. 

Please include the approximate number in your group, when you’d like to visit, and any details that would help us better understand your goals (e.g. educational, social). We’ll get in touch within the week to make arrangements. 

Do you ship orchids?

Yes—and you can order directly through our site!

Our online inventory is just a fraction of what we actually grow. If you’re looking for specific varieties, send us a message here.

Apologies to our friends in Arizona, California, and Hawaii, but we do not ship to these states. (Agricultural regulations are too cumbersome and costly.) 

Where can I find a wholesale price list?

For information on buying wholesale, please send a current copy of your Resale Certificate for Sales Tax to Ashley (ashley.palmerorchids@gmail) along with a description of your business and what you’re looking for. 

Note: Wholesale pricing is only available when purchasing on site at the nursery. There is currently a waiting list for prospective wholesale customers. 

I've emailed or left a message with your office. How long can I expect to wait for a response?

The best way to reach us is at info@palmerorchids.com, as our retail staff are often with customers and unable to answer the phone during business hours.

Depending on the season and the nature of your request, it may take between 3-5 business days for us to respond to your message.
