Custom Order Form
Our online store accepts payment through PayPal, Apple Pay, and by credit card. Use the custom order form below to pay by gift card or to make an order request for specific plants not available through our website using the species/hybrid name. For the latter, the minimum custom order is $100 before tax and shipping.
Please note that we cannot fill orders with general requests for personalized selections, particularly those based on bloom stage or flower characteristics (e.g. “a Cattleya with large white flowers” or “any Vanda in bud” or “something unusual to send as a gift to the orchid lover in my life”). Such orders may be disregarded.
Once we receive your order, we’ll confirm the availability of the plants you’ve requested and invoice you by email or text. Please allow a few days for this process. Once you’ve received an invoice, you can make your payment directly to our point of sale system using any major credit card.
Orders are confirmed to the shipping schedule after payment has been received.
