(Guarianthe bowringiana × Prosthechea fragrans)
Primary hybrid of the Cattleya-type species Guarianthe bowringiana and the former Epidendrum species Prosthechea fragrans. Plants bloom in plum purple flowers with a striated lip.
‘Foxes Plum’ AM/AOS mericlone.
Plants Available: Growing in 3” pots. Plants are blooming-size. Examples of the size available are pictured.
Orchid Care: Grow in bright, indirect light with strong air circulation and moderate to high humidity. Tree fern fiber makes for an excellent potting medium for this hybrid. Water generously when dry; allow roots to dry between waterings. Fertilize weakly, weekly.
