Indigenous to Brazil, though virtually extinct in nature. Plants require bright light, high humidity, and good air circulation. Grow in open, fast-draining media (e.g. coarse bark, clay pebbles) and a container or mount that will likewise allow roots to dry out quickly (e.g. wooden basket, cork slab, or driftwood). Roots that remain wet for prolonged periods are susceptible to rot.
Plants available in 4” and 6” pots. Mature in both pot sizes. Price difference within pot size reflects difference in plant size.
